Lotus Bank was conceived and initiated in 2004 by Satish B. Jasti, President and Chief Executive Officer, along with business and medical industry leaders from the Southeast Michigan community. Mr. Jasti has nearly twenty years of banking experience, and has held senior executive management positions at Key Bank, N.A., Standard Federal Bank, N.A., and Bank One. Richard E. Bauer, Chief Financial Officer, and Christer D. Lucander, Chief Lending Officer, each have over 20 years banking experience with banks in Southeast Michigan.

The bank serves the city of Novi, Michigan, and the surrounding areas, including Commerce Township, Farmington, Farmington Hills, Northville, West Bloomfield, Walled Lake and Wixom, and offers a broad range of commercial and consumer banking services to small- and medium-sized businesses, licensed professionals and individuals.
