Where do I enter my password?  

For security purposes, after entering your Lotus Online Banking ID, you will be presented with a verification screen displaying the image you selected as your Personal Identification Image. Once you verify that the image displayed is correct, you may enter your Lotus Online Banking Password to complete the login process and access your account information.
